Prof. Jamison Odone helped organize this sequel to a show that had appeared in February at Frostburg State University. This installment had its opening on October 5, 2012 and is scheduled to run until November 11, 2012. Curator and INX art director, Martin Kozlowski, attended along with INX member and webmaster Thomas Kerr, and his wife Valerie Kerr. The exhibition features approximately 70 pieces of art, all prints that have been selected from 1998 and the subsequent years that INX has been available online at inxart.com.

The Friday night opening was preceded by a 90-minute lecture by Kerr and Kozlowski on the history of political cartooning and the emergence of the Op-ed style of illustration in the pages of the New York Times. They also recounted the founding of INX, the first artist-run newspaper syndicate in the United States. The challenges of starting a career in editorial art, issues of censorship, and the pros and cons of digital technology were discussed in a lively Q&A with the students in attendance. Kerr, a professor at St. John's University in Queens, New York had sat in the previous day and critiqued students in one of Prof. Odone's classes.

INX would like to sincerely thank the school, chair Jacky Brown and Prof. Odone for welcoming us and providing such a vibrant setting for our work.
